Has anybody heard Sanchez’s new album Bad Hombre? it’s something unlike anything I’ve ever heard. I wouldnt’ even know how to define it because there’s a lot of improvisation and the drums are the driving force but the backdrop of purely electronic instruments makes it be so different from a jazz album and the acoustic drums make it be really different from an electronica album. Super interesting. It’s a completely solo record where he played everything and he even engineered it. I really recommend it. |

Antonio talks about recording at home in his basement studio as a series of experiments. I first heard this on Apple
Music, listened for a couple of days and then ordered the physical media, a CD. Killer sound. Buy the CD! Antonio
dances around the pulse like a matador dances around the bull. (If you like this track in particular you should listen
to Perrin Moss of Hiatus Kaiyote too) Thanks Antonio you are inspiring.
