| Question: | Hi Pat. Once again, I am planning my annual ritual trek down to New Orleans for the 30th Anniversary Jazz and Heritage Festival. I was very fortunate to have had the wonderful opportunity to see you with Gary Burton Reunion at Blues Alley-DC and then a couple months later at the 25th Anniversary Jazz Fest in 1990. Those were fantastic shows! Any chance that you will be performing at Jazz Fest 1999? Thanks so much for all the beautiful music and listening pleasures you have given us all! |

hi larry, the n.o. jazz fest is more likely the kind of place i would go just to hang out rather that to play. it's more a party vibe thing it seems, and i enjoy that kind of a vibe more as a spectator than a performer. i do love new orleans!! |
