I was lucky enough to catch Ralph with Oregon (OG) several times and later version with Mark Walker. Several years
ago (pre-COVID saw a solo show. Always a great show. I have a large collection of his CDs and recently sold a lot of
his LPs. He will be missed and end of an era, no more Oregon. I also have ten Oregon CDs.

And a very fine pianist as well. I’ve been listening to Towner for most of my adult listening life, and was fortunate to catch a solo show many years ago. A memorable passing of a major musician. / We also lost Richie Beirach recently, another excellent pianist.
