brian blade on drums and larry grenidier on bass. both excellent young musicians. also, if you have not heard brian's record "fellowship" i really recommend it. it is one of the best records anyone has made in years in my opinion. really creative writing and conceptually fresh. while i'm at it - get kenny garrett's record "songbook" if you haven't already, also great, with amazing drumming by jeff watts. |
